We buy remaining equipment to offset removal to bring the building back to lease hold status.This option provides these benefits: We are responsible for any remaining equipment, to remove mechanical centers, condensing units, compressors, Remove all scrap relating to removed equipment, Drop Balers, Provide dumpsters, Broom sweep floors for final inspection, Work with contractors for any changes to the building, Provide liability insurance for the jobsite. All of this will be laid out in any contract.
